A Little About Us
Since 1995, Hickory River Smokehouse has been providing REAL Texas Barbecue to Central Illinois. Our catering business specializes in whole hog roasts and providing the best smoked meats around. Over the last 29 years, we have not only fulfilled but have also exceeded our own expectations and are now a thriving and, well-known caterer in Central Illinois. We also offer many off menu choices for even the most formal of events. We now cater 100's of events annually, ranging from private parties and large corporate events, to exclusive, full-service weddings.
Our secret to success is built entirely on personalized, friendly service and quality food. Our professional team aims to accommodate your every request by serving you flavorfully memorable meals with the right attitude to ensure your event is one to remember!
